If you have any problem with your PC or Laptop, we can look at it for you and access the problem and let you know an estimate of repair costs prior to committing to it.
If you drop your PC base or laptop into us for a small fee of €20 we will assess the problem and attempt to fix it. This fee covers the first half hour of assessment / repair time. Most minor problems can be fixed in this time.
After this if it is going to take longer or there are any parts need to be purchased for it etc We will ring you with an estimate of the costs and you can decide whether you wish to continue or not.
Alternatively we can call to your home or business to look at the problem, this would incurr a minimum call out charge of €35 (includes up to one hour on site)
